No search results
Remove old filters, shorten the query and confirm the release year. Use Cast or Director mode for a person's name. A film absent from the catalog will not appear merely because you add full movie or HD to its title.
The viewing page is wrong
Check the production year, especially for a remake, and check the viewing country. If a search result contains several versions, open the one with the correct cast. Return to MovieFlixer's details if you need that information beside you.
Video pauses or buffers
Use the actual player's quality and connection controls. If supported, reduce resolution and compare another title in the same service. MovieFlixer does not operate a separate hosted video player or its own selectable streaming servers.
Subtitles or sound are out of step
Confirm the audio and subtitle edition, then test the supported player settings. An offset subtitle track and delayed wireless audio are different problems. Change one thing at a time so you know which adjustment helped.
Keep the title, country and exact error when describing a problem. Those details are more useful than saying only that nothing works.
